Impact of Products/Services
Our marinated chicken is British Red Tractor and BRC Accredited, supporting the need to offer food produced in the UK. It is traceable and can be ordered fresh or frozen dependent on chilled/frozen storage availability.
For patients who have a dulling of the senses, our marinated chicken is packed full of flavour and we offer chicken to support a variety of needs including Halal HMC. We have 15+ marinade flavours and over 7 different cuts of chicken to offer versatility on all menus throughout the year.
We have menu solutions to provide quick and easy to serve food which is nutritious and a source of protein.
Innovation
With a focus on innovation, technology and expert talent, we launch a new marinated chicken flavour every year, with Texas BBQ for 2025 – a smoky sweet twist on the classic. We have additional new products launching throughout the year including coated chicken, breads and cooking sauces to help keep menus fresh and kitchens stress-free.
Future Direction
We have big ambitions to continue to provide exciting, quality chicken solutions to foodservice, building on delivering over 3,000 tons a year with a focus on nutrition and efficiency for healthcare meals, from patient feed to staff and visitor catering.
